250g (8 ounces) shortening
100g (1 cup) confectioner´s sugar
1 small package vanilla sugar (or 1 tablespoon vanilla..or to taste)
250g (2 cups) flour
1 package custard powder vanilla
stir shortening, confectioner´s sugar and vanilla very well.
mix flour with custard powder first, then add to the shortening mix..
make cookies from the dough and put them into the oven 8 -12 min at 356°F.
I really hope you can figure it out... I just converted it from our metric system.. but the cookies are SOOOOOOOOOOO devine that it was worth the effort... hope you enjoy them
