Fantasy Fudge
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 butter sticks (3/4 cup of regular butter if no sticks)
1 5oz can evaporated milk
12 chocolate squares (I use baker's chocolate semi-sweet squares but you can use any kind of baking chocolate)
1 7oz jar of Jet Puffed Marshmellow Puff
1 tsp vanilla (I sometimes use just a dash more)
1 cup walnuts ( I usually use more then 1 cup) THIS IS OPTIONAL!
put the butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a pot.....stir until boiling
add chocolate squares...keep stirring!
take off the heat once all of squares are in the pot
add marshmellow puff....keep stirring!
add the vanilla....keep stirring until everything is blended nicely
add the walnuts and stir
in a pan lined with foil, dump the fudge in and spread evenly
I use a baking sheet usually....thinner pieces when cut
If you like it thicker use smaller pan like a brownie pan or a small roast pan
let cool for about 4 hours
slice and store in a sealed container
