Cider recipes?

Hi guys, anyone know any good warm cider recipes? We usually go apple picking in the fall and I was just thinking about warm cider. I usually heat mine in the micro for a few seconds with some cinnamon sprinkled in for a quick fix, but I know there are some more involved recipes out there.

Here is one that can be make in a crock pot/slow cooker.

1/2 gallon apple cider
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic or cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cinnamon stick
6 whole cloves
1/2 cup applejack or bourbon (optional)

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours. Discard cinnamon stick and cloves. Serve in hot mugs.
makes 16 servings.
