Need a Bread Pudding Recipe

Does any one have a good recipe for Bread Pudding? Hopefully that is not too rich? I have a lot of leftover Texas size rolls and hate to see them go to waste.

I tried Paula Deen's recipe for Bread Pudding. It was good, but oh so sickening sweet esp with the sauce. It maybe that I am just burned out on sweets now too. But if you like the 'carmel sticky buns taste' you would like this. It seems to have the same flavor.

Next time I will look for a simple flavor bread pudding maybe with raisins etc.
