I took advantage of special offers this year and really upped my collection.
My best deal was from my local Sainsburys where I got a triple DVD set of the original and 1994 remake of 'Miracle on 34th Street' along with the George C. Scott version of Scrooge for £5.
Other films in my collection are:
It's a Wonderful Life (b/w & colour versions)
Elf
Home Alone 1-4
Santa Clause 1 & 2
Disneys A Christmas Carol
Muppet Christmas Carol
Alastair Simms Christmas Carol (free with Sunday paper a few years ago)
Natiity
Greatest Store in the World (free with Sunday paper a few years ago)#
How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Jim Carrey and cartoon versions)

My DVD Profiler tells me, I have 97 Christmas-themed DVDs in my collection. Now, some of those are extra copies, but I look at it like I can never have too many of my faves!

I have around 25, which is good for me because I don't normally buy movies. Christmas movies are the ones that I try to buy!

I have no idea how many I have, never counted but I do want to write them all down this year to know what I have so that I can add more to my collection next year.
I don't have any Blue ray but I have VCR and DVD's.

If anyone has a large collection of DVDs and you're looking for a good program to keep track of what you have and what you want, DVD Profiler is an awesome program. I paid a one-time fee for it several years ago and I'm really happy with it.

20 Christmas DVD's and only 3 blu rays (Christmas Vacation, Polar Express, A Christmas Story). lol as I write this I had to up the count twice as I keep a couple of DVD's in a separate location.

My collection is kind of wild. I have have different DVDs of, Santa Claus Conquers the Martians and one DVD with another title it was released under, Santa Claus Defeats the Aliens. I have two DVDs of the 1959 Mexican film, Santa Claus. Two DVDs of White Christmas AND the blu-ray dis, too. I believe I have several discs of, Rudolph and such, because some are included in various collections and I got the blu-ray collection, last year, too.
I can't bring myself to ever get rid of my Christmas discs....no matter how many copies I receive as gifts or buy!

I'd say we have around 25. I have a basket of Christmas DVD's of my own, & DD has quite a collection for a 5-year-old! We watch them year-round. No blu-rays---that's DH's territory and he's not a Christmas fan like DD & I are.

I'm doing some research on some Christmas films/TV specials that are available on BR that I don't have, to see if they're worth the upgrade. I'm thrilled with how the TV classics....Rudolph, etc look on BR, in spite of the bonus features not being there. White Christmas looks awesome on BR, too. CB picked up, Disney's Christmas Carol and that looks gorgeous on BR, too.
