I have been hearing some members are having a problem with different things on Christmas Talk. Please if you have a complaint or problem with anything on Christmas Talk email me. You can scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us and a email will come to me. You can email me at mail.lightitup@gmail.com. My administrators and moderators are here to help you navigate this board and help me with the Christmas Exchanges not to take your complaints. They work very hard to make this a Merry place to be. There are things that happen that are beyond there control. I will happily entertain any thoughts or complaints you may have. I won't promise I can take care of all complaints but if I don't know them I can't take care of them. My Admins and Moderators are the best around and try to take care of all the problems that exist and your complaining to them and threatening to leave to them is not going to take care of your problem. If I can't take care of your problem I will get help from someone that can help me with it. The exchanges are a volunteering thing we do here. You do not have to join in them and if you do we do not guarantee you will get a partner that is as efficient as you are in sending them out in a timely manner. We do not guarantee the postal service will be as efficient as you are in getting them to the person. If you sign up for the Elf exchanges and you can not host the elf in a certain time frame please let me know so we do not send one of them to you. Remember everyone signs up for the exchanges and hosting to have a good time with it. Negativity is not going to help you solve one problem.
Please I am here and no matter what the problem is I will solve it.

uerjd I'm sure the post above was referring to more complaints than yours alone, IowaSC. I understand how frustrating and disappointing it is to be waiting. Let's not let a postal delay cause us to forget why we visit here on a regular basis.

I also would like to say thanks for a wonderful site! I remember the days of Christmas.com and how difficult it was to even make a suggestion, so this is a vast improvement! I love it here!

I love the open door policy here. Light has made a wonderful site here and I really enjoy being around it every day.
We are always near by in different shifts to try and help out as much as we can. As Lightitup stated somethings are out of our hands, we wish everything would run smooth all the time but that is what makes life interesting.
Please feel free to chime in, we want to make this one of the best places to be online for many years to come.

I would like to say I am sorry for taking so long to fix some of these complaints I have received, I promise I am working on all of them. If you don't tell us we won't know. Some of the complaints are even out of my knowledge DoubleA so it is imperative you let me know so I can get others on fixing them. Thank you to everyone that has sent me a PM or email with the problems here. Oh yeah I did fix the calendar it is working again. Sorry about that 2011 snuck up on me.

Yes, Light, Double A and others...this truly is a merry place to be. Stuff happens no matter what or where..We are an amazing group of people and I'm thankful for the day I signed up.

My only complaint is not necessarily directed at anyone here unless you have a way of slowing down time (ie. a flux capacitor or maybe Dr. Who's TARDIS) so I have more of it to get on the site more often and still get everything done that I need to do.

Commomom that's why the quote at the bottom of your signature speaks volumes. We can't cram Christmas into two short weeks and it's not always easy when life gets busy to visit as often as many of us would like, but ain't it great to come home again and feel that warm welcome!!!

Oh dear, I'm not sure what's happening on your end. I tried to upload one just to see if it was working for me and it seemed okay. Please try again and check to see if you've already posted the alloted amount of photos which I don't think you have. I'll check back on my next visit to see if you've been able to add a new album or pics to an existing album. Thanks for your patience.
