200 g butter
2 !/2 dl sugar
6 dl wheat
1 tsp ammonium carbonate
1 sp vanillin sugar
Melt the butter in a pot so its get a littlebit brownish
then put in the sugar and whip it springy in a cold waterbath
and then blend in the mixed wheat, ammonium carbonate and vanillin sugar
(Its easier to shape if you cold down the paste in fridge for a while.)
Use a teaspoon to shape the cookies on to a baking sheet
and bake it in 175 degrees celsius (is it 275 degrees in American owens?)
for 16-20 minutes , they should have cracked a little bit but not change color when done.
When the cookies has cold down you put on jam of
you own taste between 2 cookies.
