I am gonna start this for anyone who might have found a neat trick or an easy tip to fix, correct or create something.
Mine tip is about using 'White Out' correction fluid to touch up snow. I have a green ceramic Christmas tree with snow caps on the branches. Due to a problem with one of my storage tubs, it developed mold on the 'snow' and stained it yellow. So I grabbed a bottle of White Out and away I went. Now my snow caps are a pearly white! Cheap, easy and my tree is perfect again!

The real tip is when you store your stuff make sure you stick the silicone packs in the tub. You know the packs you get in some of your stuff you buy at the store. It comes in the treats I get my dogs. I save them for my tubs. It will stop the mold and not yellow your white snow on the decorations.

Nah, I just needed a tub without a crack. I think I forgot to tell you guys I did find a crack in that tub. Thats how it got moisture in it.
It went out in the trash.

For a quick and inexpensive way to make grungy linoleum floors look brand new without stripping and waxing, try Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner!
Spray a layer of Scrubbing Bubbles over the floor (doing this in sections). Let sit for 5 minutes so that it will soak down into the pores and break down the dirt. Then take a sponge head mop and mop it up, frequently rinsing the mop. Then take a clean towel and wipe down the floors. For stubborn spots use a scrub brush on these areas and then wipe clean.

I'm not sure, it might take the color out of the rug.

It doesnt say anything about use on carpet but I would try it on a section first where it wouldn't be noticeable if it gets bleached. It has chloride in it and normally thats a fancy way of saying chlorine or bleach.

To keep your storage tubs fresh all year long, before you pack it up after the season, tuck a few used Bounce sheets in among your items. They will give off just enough scent to keep things from getting musty.

That would work, I dump some pine potpourri in a bag and poke a few holes in it

Yes, I love vanilla. I was using potpourri in my clothes drawers before but no vanilla

When the boys were young, they'd always get snow in their boots while out playing. So, I cut the toe off some tube socks, slipped it over their boot so the tube sock keeps snow from going into the top of their boot.
