3/4 cup clear Karo syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter (I use smooth but you can use crunchy)
4 cups corn flakes
Mix Karo and sugar together in a sauce pan. Heat to a roiling boil
Remove from heat and add peanut butter and corn flakes.
Mix until all ingredients are blended and flakes are coated with peanut butter.
Spread (but not flat spread) on saran wrap or wax paper and let cool. Do not cover.
You can think break off hunks or chunks into any size you like. This does not need to be covered or put in a seal tight container. You want it to harden somewhat like candy.
Enjoy!!!
