I have an even easier method. I go to Wal-MArt and buy one.
If you buy their little 9 inch pies they are not very good, but if you get the large 14 inch gourmet one, they are very good.

I am with you on that twinkle. Thank you for the nice card. I think I spent three hours making my pumpkin pies. that was just to easy Yoda. why didn't I think of that?:c2:Christmas is coming WalMart might get my money for the party. I hope they have some 14" pies left.

I found some of what I call Personal Pumpkin Pies at Kroger this year. About 4" in diameter, they are easy to stash in a desk drawer and snack on at will. I guess.
